The last few minutes of this podcast were helpful. I have been practicing yoga for over 25yrs, never once had the experiences that Br Max talks about, but I did not drink, smoke or take drugs either. Good to be aware of some of the traps and pitfalls of thee things, more importantly use them to have a deeper faith in Christ Jesus.
I would love to know what Br Max thinks of Soul Core – essentially Catholic Yoga. https://soulcore.com/. I’d love to do it, however, I haven’t heard anyone in Australia talk about it, so I’m not sure.
Hi Michele, we will pass on your question. PAX
Great, thank you 🙂
Hi Michele, I have an answer for you from Br Max Sculley.
“This is a good system to involve the body in a good way with the mysteries of the Rosary. It uses no yoga techniques. Go for it.”
Oh, that is great news, thank you. I try to stay clear of anything New Age after spending many years being involved in it. I’m glad to hear that SoulCore is something I can start doing. Thank you for following it up for me – and thank you to Br Max. xxx
